OPPO A74 4G With Snapdragon 662, 6GB RAM Spotted on Google Play Console

The Google Play Console listing reveals that the OPPO A74 4G will pack Snapdragon 662 SoC, and 6GB of RAM.

OPPO is planning to add two new smartphones to its A lineup – OPPO A74 and OPPO A54. Today, a leaked Google Play Console listing has revealed new specifications about the upcoming OPPO A74 4G model. However, this is not the first leaked information about the upcoming OPPO device. Previously, the specifications of both the devices OPPO A74 and OPPO A54 were leaked in a Weibo post. Aside from that, the OPPO A54 FCC certification was also revealed a few days back. Now, we have new details on the OPPO A74, thanks to the new Google Play Console listing. Let’s look at them one by one.

OPPO A74 4G Specifications Revealed by Google Play Console Listing

According to the new OPPO A74 leak, the smartphone will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, along with Adreno 610 GPU. The display size is not mentioned in the Google Play Console listing, but it does reveal other crucial details about the display. It will have a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels with a pixel density of 480ppi. Aside from this, the OPPO A74 will come with 6GB of RAM and will run the Android 11-based ColorOS 11.

If we go by the past OPPO A74 leaks, the phone will likely come with a 6.43-inch punch-hole AMOLED display. There are also rumors that the phone will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. We will likely have more details on this in future leaks.

In the camera department, the phone is rumored to have a triple-camera setup headlined by the 48MP primary camera and two 2MP depth and macro cameras. For selfies, the OPPO A74 will likely come with a 16MP punch hole camera. The phone is expected to have a 5000 mAh battery along with 33W fast charging support.

Aside from this, there will also be a OPPO A74 5G model, according to multiple certifications in the past. The 5G variant will come with a different Snapdragon 480 5G chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM. Based on the FCC certification of the phone, it will be 8.4mm slim and would weigh around 190g. Also, it will have the same 5000 mAh battery as its 4G variant.

At present, there is no information on the launch date of OPPO A74. But with so many leaks coming up, the phone will likely launch in the coming weeks. OPPO will likely announce the OPPO A74 launch date soon enough.

In other news, the specifications of OPPO A54 4G have also been leaked. The phone will sport a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD display, MediaTek’s Helio P35 SoC along with 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage. In the camera department, the phone will likely come with a triple camera module with a 13MP primary camera, and two 2MP macro and depth cameras, similar to the OPPO A74.
