The Oppo A92 smartphone was spotted for the first time on the IMDA certification website, which confirmed the existence of the device. The smartphone was then spotted on NBTC, which, once more confirmed that Oppo is working on a smartphone named A92. Now, the Oppo A92 has been spotted on Google Play Console, reports 91Mobiles. Along with it, the publication has also spotted an Oppo smartphone that we hadn’t heard of until now, the A52. Here is what the listings reveal.

Oppo A92 and Oppo A52 spotted on Google Play Console

Starting with the Oppo A92, its listing on the Google Play Console reveals that the smartphone features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, 8GB of RAM, a screen with a Full HD+ resolution, and that it runs on Android 10 operating system. As for the Oppo A52, its listing on the Google Play Console reveals that the device packs the same processor, screen resolution, and operating system as the Oppo A92 but this one comes with 6GB of RAM.

Going by the name, the Oppo A92 might most probably launch as a successor to the Oppo A91 that was launched only a couple of months ago. If Oppo A91’s specs are the be considered, the Oppo A92 should have an OLED display, a mid-range chipset, a 128GB RAM option, a quad-camera or a penta-camera setup at the rear, a screen with either a punch-hole or a traditional notch, an in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, a sub-4000mAh battery with at least 20W charging speed.

As for the Oppo A52, speculating its specs might be too risky as we don’t know which device will the A52 succeed, at the moment. Considering that the Oppo A92 and the Oppo A52 have grabbed Google Play Console certifications, the launch of these smartphones seems imminent. Although, the launch could very possibly be delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
