OPPO is gearing up to launch its upcoming mid-range-smartphone the OPPO A93 in Malaysia on October 6th. Now, the company has already started teasing about the smartphone. In the latest teaser, the company is claiming to offer six AI portrait cameras with the upcoming smartphone.

The official teaser image shows a quad-camera setup the back and the camera bump look similar to the iPhone 11 series. Upfront, the smartphone houses a dual-punch hole camera cutout design placed at the top-left corner of the display.

The company is yet to reveal full specifications of the OPPO A93, but it is said to arrive with an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. However, we can expect some more information in the coming weeks as we move closer to the launch.

According to the Soyacincau report, the upcoming OPPO A93 seems to be rebranded OPPO F17 Pro which was launched in India. The smartphone also features a camera bump and dual-tone design similar to the OPPO F17 Pro. The OPPO F17 Pro comes with a 6.43-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. It also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P95 processor, clubbed with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.1 storage. You can also expand the storage via a microSD card slot.

As for cameras are concerned, the OPPO F17 Pro features quad rear camera setup with the combination of 48-megapixel primary camera + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle + 2-megapixel mono lens + 2-megapixel depth sensor, along with an LED flash. The smartphone houses a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel depth sensor for selfies and video calls, which sits underneath the dual-punch hole cutout.

The OPPO F17 Pro is fuelled by a 4,015mAh non-removable battery with 30W VOOC 4.0 fast charging support. In India, the smartphone is priced at INR 22,990. Let’s see at what price the company will launch the handset in Malaysia.
