Oppo has launched quite a few budget and premium truly wireless earbuds in India. The company is now reportedly gearing up to introduce new wireless earbuds early next year. According to a new report from 91Mobiles, the Enco Air2 will launch in India in Q1 of 2022. The report does not reveal the exact launch date but claims that the TWS will launch in India in February 2022. Oppo has not launched the device anywhere yet. Therefore, the specs and features of the Enco Air successor remain unknown. Since the launch is more than a month away, the company has not confirmed the launch of its new Oppo Enco Air2 yet.

The TWS is expected to come with notable upgrades over the original Enco Air. It is worth noting that Oppo did not launch the vanilla Buds Air in India. The TWS was launched in China earlier this year for CNY 249 (rough Rs 3,000). We can expect the Enco Air2 to be around the same price tag in India upon launch. Of course, the price could be higher depending on the upgrades introduced.

Oppo Enco Air features

Oppo Enco Air sport a stem design. The earbuds have a tall stem to store the battery and sensors. Each earbud comes with a 12mm dynamic driver and a titanium-plated diaphragm moving coil. Despite all the hardware inside, the earbuds weigh about 3.75 grams.

Each earbud can offer up to 4 hours worth of juice on a single charge, courtesy of the 25 mAh battery. Combined with the charging case, Enco Air is claimed to offer up to 24 hours of battery life on a single charge. It also offers up to 8 hours of juice within a 10-minute charge.

For enhanced voice calls and cancelling out ambient noise, the Enco Air comes with two microphones on each earbud. The earbuds also support low-latency gaming mode and have an IPX4 rating for splash resistance.
