The Oppo Enco X was one of the most popular truly wireless earbuds from the brand in 2021. The successor to the widely popular TWS from Oppo has now received the successor and not so surprisingly, they are called the Oppo Enco X2. The Enco X2 was launched in China today along with Oppo’s first tablet, the Oppo Pad.

The Enco X2 from Oppo brings Ultra-wideband deep noise reduction, improved noise cancellation, dual-driver setup, and wireless charging capabilities. Let’s take a look at the price, availability, and features of the Oppo Enco X2.

Oppo Enco X2 are priced at CNY 999 in China, which is around Rs 11,900 and they’re available in Mirror Night Black and Frost White colour options.

Features and Specifications

The Oppo Enco X2 are in-ear style earbuds, just the Enco X. They harness Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity support with Bluetooth low latency (94ms) dual transmission support and 10-meter wireless range. In terms of design, each bud weighs 4.7 grams and overall as a package, the Enco X2 weighs  56.5 grams. They’re also IP54 dust and water resistance rating for protection against sweat, rain, and dust.

Moving on to the audio department, there is an 11mm moving coil driver unit and a secondary 6mmflat diaphragm unit. These buds have 118dB@1kHz sensitivity and support LHDC, SBC, and AAC codecs. There is also Oppo’s proprietary Super DBEE 3.0 that brings in improved sound quality, low-frequency audio, and more. They also support Hi-Res wireless audio. Oppo Enco X2

Like its predecessor, the Enco X2 also comes with active noise cancellation with smart dynamic noise reduction, deep noise reduction, moderate noise reduction, mild noise reduction, transparency mode, enhanced vocals, and noise reduction off modes. For noise cancellation, these come with three microphones and also bone conduction AI call noise reduction. These buds offer up to 45dB noise cancellation, which is 10dB better than the last-gen TWS.

In terms of battery life, the Enco X2 are rated to last up to 5 hours with ANC turned on and up to 6.5 hours with ANC turned off. With the included charging case, the battery life goes up to 20 hours and 27 hours respectively. These stats are for max ANC mode with LHDC encoding and 50% volume level. Without ANC, they can last up to 40 hours. To recharge the TWS, you can either charge it using Type-C charging port or charge using any Qi wireless charger.
