Oppo F15 with 48 MP Quad Camera Setup, Vooc 3.0 Flash Charge Features Launched in India: Price, Specs


Oppo‘s latest mid-range handset has landed in India. Dubbed the F15, this phone comes with a trendy gradient on its back. As per the manufacturer, the phone is 8 mm thick and tips the scales at 172 grams. The Oppo F15 features an OLED display, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and fast-charging. Oppo F15 Specifications

For its mid-range handset, Oppo has chosen MediaTek over Qualcomm. The Oppo F15 is powered by Helio P70 chipset. This 12 nm processor comprises of four Cortex A73 cores clocked at 2.1 GHz and four power-efficient Cortex A53 cores ticking at 2 GHz. FOr gaming, it relies on Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The phone comes with 8 GB RAM, 128 GB internal storage, and a dedicated microSD card slot.

The phone sports a 6.4-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution. The screen has a waterdrop notch to accommodate the front-facing snapper. The display has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Oppo claims that the phone’s in-display fingerprint scanner can unlock the device is 0.32 seconds.

Moving onto the photography front, the F15 comes with a 48 MP rear camera accompanied by an 8 MP wide-angle lens, 2 MP depth sensor, and 2 MP mono lens. It can shoot Full HD videos at 30 fps. For selfies, you get a 16 MP shooter. The phone packs in 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The phone houses a 4,00 mAh battery with 30 W Vooc fast charging. Oppo claims that the bundled charger can top up 50 percent of the battery in 30 minutes.

Oppo F15 Price and Availability

The Oppo F15 is up for pre-order on Flipkart and Amazon India. Priced at Rs 19,990, the phone will hit the stores from January 24. At this price, the Oppo F15 competes with Xiaomi’s K20. This one also comes with a Full HD+ OLED display and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. As opposed to the Oppo F15 backed by Helio P70, the K20 comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730 chip. Plus, the K20 has a full-screen display devoid of any notch or punch hole, thanks to a pop-up selfie camera mechanism.
