Oppo launched the F19 series earlier this year in India. The company introduced four new devices, namely the F19, F19s, F19 Pro and F19 Pro+ 5G. It has been a few months since the launch and a new report now claims that the F21 launch is imminent. Oppo will refresh the F-series with the launch of the F21 series early next year. The 91Mobiles report claims that the company will launch its next mid-range smartphone series in India in Q1 of 2022. Oppo F21 series India launch timeline
Oppo will launch the F21 series in India in March 2022, according to a report. The company has not yet confirmed the launch of its mid-range series. However, 91Mobiles claims that the launch will take place in India in Q1 2022. It further shares some details on the design elements of the devices. The F21 series will sport a “sleek and stylish design”, according to the report. The F-series has been about a slim profile with a colourful design. Therefore, this one isn’t a surprise.
The 91Mobiles report further states that the company will launch the devices in India between Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000. There are two smartphones that are currently scheduled to launch next year in India. We can expect these to be the F21 and F21 Pro. Unlike the F19 series wherein only the Pro+ variant supported 5G, both devices under the F21 series are likely to support 5G networks.
There is no word on the expected specifications of the devices. We can expect more details in the coming days. The F21 series, however, should offer upgrades in the camera and performance unit. It could feature up to a 64MP primary camera sensor. The phones could also pack bigger batteries than the F19 series. As expected, there should be fast charging support for the two devices.
