OPPO is set to launch its first foldable phone globally including in India. The company launched the OPPO Find N2 and Find N2 Flip last year in China. It is now launching the latter globally as its first clamshell foldable phone. The launch date was announced last week and the event will take place in London tonight at 8:30 PM. Apparently, OnePlus has also confirmed that it will launch foldable phones later in the third quarter of 2023. The phones are rumoured to be dubbed as OnePlus V Fold and OnePlus V Flip. The latter is expected to share some similarities with the Find N2 Flip. With its launch, the OPPO Find N2 Flip will take on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 which has been dominating this category.

OPPO Find N2 Flip Launching Today
OPPO has revealed the launch details of its first-ever clamshell foldable phone launch. The phone will launch tonight i.e. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 8:00 PM IST in London. The company has kept a physical launch event in London however those not attending can watch the event live on the company’s YouTube channel.

OPPO Find N2 Flip Specifications
The Find N2 Flip sports a 6.8-inch Full HD+ OLED foldable screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device also sports an AMOLED cover display of 3.26 inches which is taller than that of the Galaxy Z Flip4. The primary display has a punch-hole cutout for housing the 32MP selfie camera. The cover display only supports a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC is likely to power the global variant of the Find N2 Flip. The chipset pairs with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
The device runs on Color OS 13 on top of Android 13 out of the box. On the optics side, it sports a dual-rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX 890 primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. The device has a Hasselblad-tuned dual-camera setup on the back. A 4300mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging backs the device.
A report revealed that the Find N2 Flip will launch in global markets at EUR 1100 (roughly Rs 98,000) and EUR 1200 (roughly Rs 1,07,000) in Europe. We speculate that the Indian pricing will be lower than the global pricing. This is why we expect the company to price the Find N2 Flip between Rs 75,000 to Rs 85,000.
