OPPO unveiled the Find N2 series smartphones in December 2022 in China. The Chinese smartphone giant had announced that the OPPO Find N2 Flip would make its way to global markets. Soon after the launch, the smartphone was listed in FCC, suggesting it would launch in the US. The smartphone also visited Bluetooth SIG and HTML5 certifications along with FCC. A week later, the device appeared in Thailand’s NBTC and Global Certification Forum (GCF). A tipster revealed that OPPO would launch the Find N2 Flip globally at the Mobile World Congress 2023. Ahead of the event scheduled at the end of February, the smartphone has obtained Indonesia’s TKDN certification.

Everything to Know About TKDN Certification of the Upcoming Smartphone

Tingkat Komponen Dalam Neger (TKDN) is an Indonesian certification that products must be obtained before launching in the country. The TKDN of OPPO Find N2 Flip suggests that the device will launch in the country soon. The listing reveals a couple of information about the forthcoming smartphone.

The model number revealed by the TKDN listing is CPH2437 and matches with model numbers obtained from other certification websites. The listing also shows that it will sport LTE and 5G connectivity with bands including n1, n3, n5, n8, and n40. Apart from this, the listing didn’t reveal any other information.

Previously, the marketing materials for the global OPPO Find N2 Flip were leaked. The documents revealed that OPPO would be launching the same smartphone similar to the Chinese variant. The GeekBench listing of the global variant revealed that it would sport the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset.

The smartphone was launched in China with a starting price tag of CNY 5999 (Rs 71,500 approx). Previously, it was tipped to launch at EUR 1100 (roughly Rs 98,000) and EUR 1200 (roughly Rs 1,07,000) in Europe. We expect the smartphone to be priced lower in India than the tipped European prices.

OPPO Find N2 Flip Specification

The Find N2 Flip sports a 6.8-inch Full HD+ OLED foldable screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device also sports an AMOLED cover display of 3.26 inches. The primary display has a punch-hole cutout for housing the 32MP selfie camera. The cover display only supports a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The chipset pairs with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

The device runs on Color OS 13 on top of Android 13 out of the box. On the optics side, it sports a dual-rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX 890 primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. A 4300mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging backs the device.
