OPPO Find X2 and Find X2 Pro India Launch Expected Soon, ‘Notify Me’ Page Goes Live on Amazon India

OPPO had unveiled its first flagship phone of 2020 called the OPPO Find X2 Pro in global markets a while back. The Chinese smartphone giant was also supposed to make to launch the device in the Indian markets as well but couldn’t due to the Coronavirus lockdown. Now it would appear that the ‘Notify Me’ page for the device has gone live on Amazon India’s website with the words “Coming Soon”. It could mean that the Find X2 Pro launch is imminent or at least we are sure to hear soon when the official unveiling will be.

OPPO Find X2 Pro specifications

The device has already made its way to global markets and China so its specifications are not a mystery. The phone comes with 6.7-inch Super AMOLED  Ultra Vision Screen with a punch-hole cutout and a QHD+ resolution. The Find X2 Pro’s display happens to refresh at 120Hz like the OnePlus 8 Pro and Galaxy S20-series.

Under the hood, the phone has the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset supported with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB internal storage. There is no option to expand the storage via microSD card. The phone will run on Android 10-based ColorOS 7.0 UI which is OPPO’s proprietary skin.

In terms of optics, the Find X2 Pro has a triple camera with the primary sensor being the 48MP Sony IMX689 primary sensor and it is supported by a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 32MP telephoto camera with support for 20x digital zoom capabilities. On the front, housed in the punch-hole is a 32MP sensor. As far as battery goes, the Find X2 Pro comes with a 4,260mAh battery with a 65W fast charging solution.

The starting price of the Find X2 Pro stands at $1199 (approx Rs 90,000), however, like OnePlus, OPPO is also likely to keep the prices low in the Indian markets.
