OPPO has confirmed the Find X6 series launch date in China. The company has confirmed that it will launch the new flagship smartphones in its home country on March 21. The Find X6 series will include two premium phones, namely the vanilla Find X6 5G and the Find X6 Pro. OPPO has not confirmed any details about the devices, other than teasing the camera module design of the devices. Now, a new leak has revealed some key specifications and features of the upcoming OPPO flagship phones.
Tipster Snoopy Tech has shared the RAM, storage and colour options of both OPPO premium smartphones. The tipster also revealed the same details for the OPPO Pad 2, which is set to launch alongside the flagship phones. OPPO Pad 2, Find X6 Series Launch Confirmed: What You Need to Know
The OPPO Find X6 series will be the company’s most premium smartphone offering for 2023 in China. The devices will launch on March 21. The company has already started taking pre-reservations for its upcoming Find X6 series in China. A teaser image confirms that the phone’s camera module will have a circular design and a tan-coloured faux leather finish on the back panel. We can also see the Hasselblad branding and the inclusion of the MariSilicon NPU.
The company has not confirmed many details other than teasing the features mentioned above. Meanwhile, tipster Snoopy Tech revealed that the OPPO flagship phones will launch with a minimum of 12GB of RAM. The vanilla Find X6 is said to launch in a single storage option with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The tipster claimed that the device will be available in Starry Sky Black and Snowy Mountain Gold colour options.
The Find X6 Pro, on the other hand, will launch with two storage options. The base model will have 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage. There will also be a 16GB RAM option for the Find X6 Pro, which will launch with 256GB of internal storage.
The Find X6 Pro’s highlight feature will be its camera system. The phone is said to feature a 50MP 1-inch Sony IMX989 camera sensor along with a 50MP ultra-wide Sony IMX890 sensor and a 50MP periscope camera sensor. The phone is also said to feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is also said to have a peak brightness of over 2500 nits.
Under the hood, the phone will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. There will be a 5000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support, 50W wireless charging support and 10W reverse wireless charging support.
The vanilla Find X6 is said to feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC or a Dimensity 9200 SoC, a 4800mAh battery with 80W charging support and a 6.74-inch 1.5K AMOLED, 120Hz display. The phone will also have a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP Sony IMX890 camera sensor, a Samsung JN1 50MP ultra-wide camera and a Sony IMX890 50MP telephoto camera. Both, the Find X6 and Find X6 Pro, will have a 32MP Sony IMX709 front camera sensor.

The tipster also revealed the design of the OPPO Pad 2, which will launch alongside the Find X6 series in China. The Android tablet seems to have fairly narrow bezels around the display. When held horizontally or in landscape mode, the front camera sensor is located at the top centre. We can also see the power button on the left edge, whereas the volume keys are located at the top left corner when held horizontally.
The OPPO Pad 2 is said to launch in three storage options. The base model of the tablet will launch with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage there will be two 12GB RAM options with 256GB and 512GB memory variants.
The upcoming OPPO tablet is said to launch in Light feather Gold and Nebula Grey colour options.
