Oppo has launched a new K series device in India today. The company has unveiled the Oppo K10 5G device, which is the second device in the series after the Oppo K10 (4G), which was launched back in March 2022. The newly launched Oppo K10 5G in India, is entirely different from the K10 5G in China. While the Chinese K10 5G device is a flagship device, the Indian version is a mid-range device.

The Oppo K10 5G in India is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC and it comes with a dual rear camera setup. The phone houses a large 5,000mAh battery and there is support for 33W fast charging. Let’s take a look at the phone’s price, availability, and specifications.

Oppo K10 5G: Price in India and Availability

The Oppo K10 5G comes in only one variant. The 8GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 17,499. The device will be available starting from June 15th on Flipkart. The K10 5G comes in Midnight Black and Ocean Blue colour options. You can get up to Rs 1,500 flat discount with SBI card, Kotak, Axis, and Bank of Baroda cards on the first day of the sale.

The Oppo K10 5G sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution. The device is backed by MediaTek’s Dimensity 810 5G SoC and the device comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.Oppo K10 5G

Further, the K10 5G offers a dual rear camera setup led by a 48MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera. For selfies and video calls, the device features an 8MP camera. In terms of software, the device runs on Android 12 based on ColorOS 12.1 skin. The phone draws power from the large 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. Other features include 7.99mm thickness, 190-gram weight, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a dual-speaker setup, and up to 5GB of Virtual RAM.

Compared to the 4G model launched in India, the 5G version comes with an improved chipset. However, the 5G model sports one less camera lens on the back along with a downgrade in the camera department from 16MP to 8MP. While the 4G model runs on Android 11 out of the box, the K10 5G will boot with Android 12 out of the box.
