OPPO Pad 2 with 67W Fast Charging Support Appears on 3C Certification Website, Launch Announcement Expected Soon

OPPO introduced the OPPO Pad last year in February. Now, the company is preparing to launch the OPPO Pad successor, the OPPO Pad 2. The specifications of the OPPO Pad 2 were leaked by Digital Chat Station by the end of last month. Additionally, the device was spotted at Bluetooth SIG certification a few days back. Now, in a recent development, the OPPO Pad 2 has gained the 3C certification in China.

As per the 3C certification, the OPPO Pad 2 carries the model number as OPD2201. Furthermore, the 3C listing also reveals that the OPPO Pad 2 will have a 3C certification. Apart from the model number and 67W fast charging support, the certification doesn’t disclose any other details about the tablet.


OPPO Pad 2 Specifications (Expected)

As far as the rest of the leaks related to OPPO Pad 2 are concerned, the device is likely to 11.6-inch display with a 2800 x 2000 pixels resolution. Furthermore, the tablet is also rumoured to have a 144Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support. Under the hood, the tablet is rumoured to come with an octa-core Dimensity 9000 SoC. It could pack 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

We can expect this upcoming tablet to boot Android 13 OS out of the box with ColorOS 13 on top. In terms of imaging, the tablet is rumoured to feature a 13MP camera at the back, while at the front it might boast an 8MP camera. The whole package might draw a power from 9,150mAh battery which will support 67W fast charging as revealed by 3C certification. And these are only the details known about the OPPO Pad 2 as of now.

To recall, the Chinese smartphone maker had introduced the OPPO Pad last year. The tablet features an 11-inch IPS LCD display with a 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 870 5G chipset which is coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The OPPO Pad features a 13MP camera that has a f/2.2 aperture. While on the front side, the tablet comes with a 8MP camera. The device also has stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.1, and a USB Type-C port. The tablet packs an 8,360mAh battery which supports 33W fast charging.
