OPPO Reno 10 Pro Series Launch Seems Imminent

The OPPO Reno 10 Pro and 10 Pro+ 5G might launch soon in various markets. Both premium smartphones have cleared the BIS certification. The listing on BIS suggests that the Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+ might launch soon in India.

The Reno 10 Pro has the model number CPH2525, whereas the Reno 10 Pro+ 5G has the model number CPH2521. The same was confirmed via a TRDA certification listing spotted by PriceBaba.

The listings, unfortunately, do not reveal any specs of the phones. However, MySmartPrice, in its exclusive report, revealed the 5K design renders of the Reno 10 Pro 5G. The middle-child in the Reno 10 series has a pill-shaped camera module on the back for the triple-camera setup and the LED flash. It has a curved 6.7-inch display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre.

The Reno 10 Pro+ 5G has the same design as the Pro model. It is likely to feature a 6.74-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate support. The rear camera setup is likely to include a 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera with OIS, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera and a 64MP periscope lens. For selfies, there will be a 32MP front camera.

The Reno 10 Pro+ 5G will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, according to a Geekbench listing. It was listed on the benchmark site with 16GB of RAM and Android 13. We can expect the phone to have a layer of ColorOS 13 on top. The device is likely to pack a 4700mAh battery and offer 100W fast charging support out of the box.

The Reno 10 Pro, on the other hand, is tipped to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. It might launch with up to 12GB of RAM. The device is said to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will feature a 2x portrait lens on the back and a 32MP front camera.

Other details about the Reno 10 Pro series are under wraps. Looking at the number of details available already, it would not be a surprise if the phones make their debut in select markets in May or June. We will share more details as and when available.
