OPPO India, earlier today, announced the launch of its much-awaited camera-centric smartphone the OPPO Reno3 Pro in India. The detailed specifications of the Indian variant of the phone were made public at a glittering launch event held in Delhi. The newest Reno series smartphone boasts of several feature updates over its predecessors and also gets new camera sensors for better imaging capabilities. OPPO Reno3 Pro price in India

The OPPO Reno3 Pro comes in two variants in India — a base 8GB+128GB option that retails for Rs 29,990 and a top-tier 8GB+256GB variant that will set you back by Rs 32,990. You also get three color options starting with the Auroral Blue, Midnight Black, and Sky White. The handset will go on sale starting March 6, 2020. 

OPPO Reno3 Pro: Specifications, features

The OPPO Reno3 Pro comes powered by the Helio P95 SoC which was only recently announced by MediaTek. A successor to the Helio P95 chipset from2019, this is a powerful processor that houses Cortex-A75 and Cortex A55 cores. The phone also uses the Imagination PowerVR GM 94446 GPU to handle most of the games you play on the device. The OPPO Reno3 Pro also gets comprehensive connectivity options ranging from 4G/LTE support to Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. The new chipset also gets powerful AI capabilities that aid in improved AI features on the camera app. Powering the phone is a large 4025mAh battery that promises a full day of heavy usage. The phone also supports VOOC 4.- 30W fast charging which is capable of powering the phone from 0 to 50% in just 15 minutes. The phone gets a large 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display that aso houses an in-display fingerprint scanner.

OPPO Reno3 Pro: Camera and Imaging

The OPPO Reno3 Pro is an imaging centric cameraphone and features a quad-camera setup at the rear that consists of a primary 64MP sensor, a 13MP telephoto camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP mono lens. At the front, the phone gets the world’s first dual punch-hole selfie setup that includes a 44MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The camera software comes with several features to enhance the imaging quality of the device including a dedicated night mode. Apart from possessing the ability to capture full-resolution 64MP images using the primary camera, the OPPO Reno3 Pro is also capable of outputting detailed 108MP shots using its vertical structure, quad-camera imaging system.The OPPO Reno3 Pro runs ColorOS 7 which is OPPO’s newest iteration of its custom UI. Based on Android10, ColorOS boasts of several feature updates and additions.
