The handset offers a 6.55-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz sampling rate. There is also a punch-hole notch on the display that resides on the top-left corner.

Powering the Reno 4 Pro is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor that is built on an 8nm fabrication process. While, the graphics duties on the smartphone are handled by an integrated Adreno 618 GPU, clocked at 750MHz. The handset packs 8GB LPDDR4X RAM coupled with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage along with a dedicated Micro-SD card slot.

The handset features a 48MP quad-rear camera setup housed inside a rectangular island. The primary shooter on the Reno 4 Pro is a Sony IMX586 sensor that has f/1.7 aperture. It gets accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens with 119° field-of-view and f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP mono camera with f/2.4 aperture. For the selfies, Reno 4 Pro relies on a 32MP Sony IMX616 sensor with f/2.4 aperture.

The Reno 4 Pro is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery with support for the company’s proprietary 65W SuperVOOC fast charging. The handset has a Type-C port for charging and data transfers. It runs Android 10 based ColorOS 7.2 for now, but it will soon be upgraded to Android 11 based ColorOS 11. The device weighs 161 grams and measures 160.2×73.2×7.7mm.
