Coming to the specifications, the Reno 4F shares some similarities with the OPPO F17 Pro. the phone gets its power from the MediaTek Helio P95 processor along with IMG 9XM-HP8 GPU. The handset flaunts 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 180Hz touch sampling rate. It comes with a 90.67 per cent screen-to-body ratio and 409ppi pixel density.

The phone equips a quad-camera setup at the rear with a combination of 48MP Samsung GM1ST sensor, 8MP wide-angle lens, and two 2MP mono cameras with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is a dual-selfie camera with 16MP primary lens and 2MP depth sensor.

The handset runs on Android 10 with ColoOS 7.2 on top of it. The device features 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone features a 4,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
