
Oppo appears to be prepping up to launch a new smartphone under the Reno 8 lineup – the Oppo Reno 8 4G. Recently, the design renders and key specifications of the device surfaced on the web. Now, a new report by Pricebaba reveals that the Oppo Reno 8 4G will make its global debut on August 15. Alongside, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has also shared more renders and detailed specifications of the device.
The Oppo Reno8 4G is tipped to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and a 4500mAh battery. It will come with an Oppo Glow design and will sport dual orbit light around the rear cameras. Let us take a closer look at the Oppo Reno 8 4G design renders and specifications.

The Oppo Reno 8 4G is tipped to feature a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The device is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and an Adreno 610 GPU. The device might come in an 8GB + 256GB configuration and might also support 5GB of virtual RAM.
The upcoming Reno series device is said to come equipped with a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. The smartphone will also offer dual orbit light. It is tipped to rely on a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor for selfie and video calls. The device is tipped to be backed by a 4500mAh battery unit. It will reportedly also support 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.
The upcoming Reno 8 series device will come pre-loaded with ColorOS 12.1, based on Android 12. The smartphone will come with Oppo Glow Design and will retail in two colour options – Dawnlight Gold and Straight Black. It will sport a Type-C charging port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
