Oppo is gearing up to launch the Oppo Reno 8 series devices in the Chinese market. The Reno 8 series is expected to consist of three devices – the Oppo Reno 8, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro, and the Oppo Reno 8 SE. Ahead of the launch, the specifications of the Oppo Reno 8 SE have now surfaced on the web, courtesy of 91mobiles. Based on the leaked specifications, the upcoming Oppo Reno 8 SE will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor and a 4500mAh battery.

Oppo Reno8 SE Specifications
The Oppo Reno 8 SE is said to feature a 6.43-inch LED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The handset might be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor that is fabbed on TSMC’s 6nm process. The system on chip brings with it an integrated Mali G77 GPU.
In terms of optics, the Reno8 SE will reportedly feature a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor. Accompanying it could be an 8MP ultra-wide-angle and a 2MP auxiliary sensor. The handset is said to offer a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
The Reno 8 SE is said to be equipped with a 4500mAh battery unit and 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The report also suggests that the brand might offer another variant of the Reno8 SE with 65W fast charging. The upcoming Reno series device is said to boot ColorOS 12, based on Android 12.
The Reno8 SE will offer an in-display fingerprint scanner and a stereo speaker setup. However, it will not offer the 3.5mm audio jack. The handset is said to be offered in 6GB/8GB RAM variants and 128GB/256GB storage options.
