
OPPO is prepping up for the launch of yet another smartphone in the Reno5 series, the OPPO Reno5 A. The renders of this upcoming handset were leaked last month. The renders showcased us that the Reno5 A will a 6.5-inch display and a 64MP quad-camera setup. Now, in a recent development, the Reno5 A is spotted in the Google Play Supported device database. The device is listed in the Google Play supported device list with two model numbers – A101OP and CPH2199. The A101OP model is rumoured to be available through SoftBank, while the CPH2199 could be a SIM-free edition. Let’s have a look at the possible specifications and features the Reno5 A could offer:
OPPO Reno5 A Launch Seems Imminent
As mentioned above, the Reno5 A smartphone that is spotted in Google Play supported device list, carries model number as A101OP and CPH2199. According to Japanese publication, S-Max, the A101OP model might be available through SoftBank, while the CPH2199 model could be a SIM-free edition. With this, we can speculate the Reno5 A to first debut in Japan. The Reno5 A is expected to replace the Reno3 A, which was debuted in Japan last year. If we have a recap of the leaked specs of the Reno5 A, the device is expected to feature a 6.5-inch punch-hole display with the camera cutout located at the top left of the screen.
