Oppo is all set to launch the Reno 7 series handsets tomorrow in China. The Oppo Reno7 series will consist of three handsets – Reno7 SE, Reno7, and Reno7 Pro. A day ahead of the official launch, we have now spotted Oppo Reno 7 with model number PFJM10 on the Geekbench database. The upcoming Oppo Reno7 has scored 762 points in the single-core test, and 2318 points in the multicore test. The listing also reveals that the upcoming Reno series smartphone will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor with 1.80GHz base frequency and code name ‘Lahaina’. The benchmark listing further reveals the presence of 12GB of RAM on Reno7. The handset will boot Android 11, with ColorOS skin on top.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G is fabbed on TSMC’s 6nm fabrication process and comes with an integrated Adreno 642L GPU and 5G modem. It makes use of 4x Cortex-A78 based Kryo 670 core clocked at 2.40GHz and 4x Cortex-A55 based Kryo 670 cores clocked at 1.80GHz. It is the fastest Snapdragon 7-series process as of now, and powers several upper mid-range handsets including Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G, Mi 11 Lite NE 5G, and Realme GT Master Edition to name a few.

The handset is said to feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate a punch-hole notch. The Reno 7 is said to offer a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, a 16MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP portrait camera. For the selfies, the handset might offer a 32MP front shooter. The handset is said to be equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery and 65W fast charging support.
