OPPO launched the Reno8 series in China back in May with three new phones 一 OPPO Reno 8 Pro+, Reno 8 Pro, and the vanilla Reno 8. The OPPO Reno8 series is confirmed to launch in India as well. Based on the recent report, the Reno8 Pro and Reno8 will be launched in India on July 21st. However, globally, the Reno8 Pro+ from China is expected to launch as the Reno8 Pro globally, including in India.
Ahead of the launch outside of China, the OPPO Reno8 Pro 5G was first spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 8100 Max SoC, which gave us the first hint of rebranding. Now, the OPPO Reno8 Pro 5G global variant has been spotted on the FCC website. Since the device has been spotted on a couple of certifications, we can also expect the Reno8 series to launch globally soon.

The OPPO Reno8 Pro has been spotted with a CPH2357 model number on the FCC database. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website confirms the phone to pack in a 4,500mAh battery (2250 x 2), which is the same as the Reno8 trio. Further, the device will come with support for SUPERVOOC 80W fast charging. The phone will run on ColorOS version 12.1, which should be based on Android 12. As for the dimension, the phone is said to measure 161.2 x 74.2 x 7.34mm and weighs 183 grams.
Further, the phone will support 5G, and 4G LTE and will offer Bluetooth, dual-band Wi-Fi, and NFC support as well.
