The story of Prashanth, aka Pachu, who owns a franchise for an ayurvedic clinic, is the focus of the film Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum, which was filmed in Mumbai, Kerala, and Goa. An elderly woman from Pachu’s hometown of Chengannur is supposed to go with him to Mumbai, but things go awry when she decides to get off the train at Goa and set out on her own journey. The movie’s narrative is based on how Pachu crosses the paths of three ladies and the changes he makes in their lives.
Akhil Sathyan, the son of Sathyan Anthikad, made his directorial debut with the movie, along with Anjana Jayaprakash, Dhwani Rajesh, and Viji Venkatesh made their Malayalam screen debuts as well.
