Earlier today, Sony India announced that the next restock of PlayStation 5 is scheduled for 22 February, 2023. This is the second restock this month, with the first released on 7 February. The console will be available through various online and offline channels.
During the first restock this month, it was reported that Sony had imported the biggest number of its console units to India. This is the first time we are witnessing two restocks in a single month since the launch of PlayStation 5.
Aside from this, people have begun to notice PS5 consoles at local stores, and there was a specific stand to purchase consoles during this year’s Mumbai Comic Con. All of this appears to imply that the PS5 stock situation in the country is improving.

The pre-orders for PlayStation 5 will begin from 12 PM onwards on 22 February. The gaming console can be pre-ordered from the following platforms

While the retailers have not revealed any information on the package, gaming expert Rishi Alwani told that only the standard version would be available during the upcoming restock. In India, the standard version of the PS5 costs Rs 54,990. During the last restock on 7 Feb, Sony had offered the PS5 disc version separately, in addition to a God of War Ragnarök bundle which was available at a cost of Rs. 59,390.

PS5 fans can pre-order their favourite console via pre-order via ShopAtSC, Amazon, Games The Shop, Vijay Sales, Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital from 12 PM onwards. Pre-orders for the PS5 will be available from all of these websites beginning at 12 PM on 22 Feb. For those who want to get a guaranteed purchase, It is suggested to login into these websites a few minutes before the restock time to ensure a faster checkout.
Sony’s PS5 has been in limited supply since its release, driving increasing demand for the gaming device. This means that obtaining the console during online sales will be incredibly tough. The easiest method to secure the console, however, is to go to your local Sony Center and pre-book with them.
Sony anticipates a successful year in 2023. The company previously stated that people looking for the PlayStation 5 will have an easier time acquiring it.
