POCO launched its mid-range smartphone the POCO X3 in the Indian market recently at Rs 16,999. The POCO X2, POCO F2 Pro, POCO M2 Pro, and POCO M2 all are rebranded version of the Redmi smartphones except the POCO X3. Now a leaked render of the retail box of an upcoming POCO smartphone has been surfaced on the web. The smartphone is called the POCO C3, according to the previous rumours it has been expected that the POCO C3 will be a rebranded version of the Redmi 9C, which was launched a couple of months back.
The retail box of POCO C3 shows a model number M2006C3MI and the Maximum Retail Price on the retails box shows Rs 10,990. The retail box also revealed that it’s the price for 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the upcoming POCO C3. The handset is also going to be available in 6GB RAM variant. Also do note that the retail box revealed the smartphone is manufactured last month only by the Indian manufacturing company.
As per the report, the M2006C3MI model number is said to be an Indian variant of the M2006C3MG model number carried by Redmi 9C. Considering this it has been highly expected that the POCO C3 will be launching in India as a rebranded variant of Redmi 9C smartphone.
POCO C3 Rumoured Specifications
According to the reports, the POCO C3 is said to arrive with similar specifications like the Redmi 9C. The POCO C3 is expected to launch with a 6.53-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with a waterdrop cutout design to accommodate the selfies senor. Under the hood, it’s said to be powered by Helio G35 chipset, clubbed with 3GB/4GB RAM variants and 32GB/64GB internal storage, which can be further expanded via microSD card.
On the optical front, the smartphone is tipped to feature a triple rear-camera setup with the combination of 13-megapixel main camera + 5-megapixel + 2-megapixel with an LED flash. Upfront, it houses a 5-megapixel camera sensor for selfies and video calls. The POCO C3 is said to be fuelled by a 5,000mAh non-removable battery with 10W fast charging support.
