POCO C55 Global Variant with Helio G85 SoC Listed on NBTC and Geekbench

POCO, last month, launched the POCO C55 smartphone in the Indian market. The POCO C55 is nothing but a rebranded Redmi 12C with a chic leather finish. It appears that the POCO C55 will soon be making it to other global markets as we have spotted the global variant of the device on Thailand’s NBTC certification database. Alongside, the device has also been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database.

The upcoming POCO smartphone made an appearance on the NBTC certification website with the model number 22127PC95G (G represents the Global variant). The listing also mentions the moniker of the device, which is POCO C55. Let us take a closer look at the details.

The POCO C55 made an appearance on the NBTC certification website with the model number 22127PC95G. This suggests that the handset will soon launch in other global markets. To those unaware, the Indian variant of the device has the model number 22127PC95I.

The POCO C55 Global variant also made an appearance on the Geekbench database. The upcoming C-series handset scored 368 points in the single-core round of the benchmark test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, it scored around 1165 points. The listing further reveals the presence of an octa-core processor with 2 + 6 core configuration and 2.0GHz peak frequency.

The POCO C55 Global variant Geekbench listing confirms that the device will be powered by MediaTek Helio G85 processor, similar to its Indian counterpart. The listing further reveals that the POCO C55 global variant will feature 3GB of memory and will come pre-loaded with Android 12.
