Poco India is gearing up to launch a new F-series device in the Indian market. The brand says that the upcoming Poco F-series device will make its global debut in the Indian market. The upcoming Poco device is expected to be the Poco F4.

To recall, the brand had launched the Poco F1 back in 2018 which was followed by the Poco F3 in 2021. But the Poco F3 didn’t make it to India and brand launched the Poco F4 GT instead. Now, it looks like the brand is finally bringing back the F-series to India. Poco F4 MIUI India ROM had surfaced a couple of weeks back on the web, which hinted towards an imminent launch. Also, a couple of days back, the Poco F4 live images were leaked on the web.

The Poco F4 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 was spotted on the Geekbench database sometime back. The benchmark listing for the Poco F4 had revealed the model number of the device, that is 22021211RG. Based in this, the handset might be a rebranded Redmi K40S which was launched back in March in China. However, compared to its Redmi counterpart, the Poco F4 might come with a 64MP camera setup.

Poco F4: Expected Specifications and Price

The upcoming Poco F4 is expected to offer a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a centered punch-hole notch. The front shooter on the device might be a 20MP sensor. While, on the back, it might feature a triple camera setup.

The Geekbench listing for the handset had suggested that it will come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and 8GB of RAM. The handset is expected to be backed by a 4500mAh battery unit and 67W fast charging support.

The Redmi K40S costs about Rs 22,000 for the 6GB + 128GB configuration in China. We can expect it to be priced under Rs 25,000 in the country.
