The POCO F4 5G sports a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and 1300nits brightness, and support for Dolby Vision. The POCO F4 5G will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset with a peak clock speed of 3.2GHz. The device comes with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage as well.

As for the cameras, the POCO F4 5G comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP (f/1.79) main sensor with OIS and EIS support. It is accompanied by an 8MP(f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP(f/2.4) macro snapper. To the front, the phone is backed by a 20MP selfie camera.

It draws power from the 4500mAh battery unit with support for 67W fast charging. As for the design, the POCO smartphone comes with a squared-off design and is 7.7mm thin and weighs 195 grams.
