A couple of days back, POCO revealed that it will launch the POCO F5 and the POCO F5 Pro globally on May 9. The POCO F5 is also confirmed to launch in India on May 9. Ahead of the official launch, the renders and specifications of both these devices were revealed recently. A few days back, POCO had confirmed that the vanilla POCO F5 will be powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor. Now, the company appears to have started teasing several details of the POCO F5 Pro. In a recent development, POCO has confirmed the display details of the upcoming POCO F5 Pro.

POCO F5 Pro To Feature a Punch-Hole Display

As per the teaser image shared by POCO via its Twitter handle, the upcoming POCO F5 Pro will feature a WQHD+ resolution display. The device will have a punch-hole cutout at the centre which will house the selfie camera. Furthermore, the teaser shared by POCO also reveals that the handset will have a power and volume buttons at the centre. On the bottom side, the phone will boast a USB Type-C port, speaker, SIM card slot, and a microphone. The teaser revealed by the brand however doesn’t disclose the device from the rear-side.

POCO F5 Pro Specifications (Expected)

As far as the other details of the phone are concerned, the smartphone is said to debut as a rebrand of the Redmi K60. The POCO F5 Pro is tipped to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display which could offer a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone might come with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, up to 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of internal storage. On the software side of things, the device is expected to boot Android 13 OS out of the box with MIUI 14 on top.

As for the imaging purpose, the handset could feature a triple-camera setup, consisting of a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The device might boast a 16MP selfie camera, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a stereo speaker setup. We can expect the smartphone to come with a 5,500mAh battery which could offer 67W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging support.
