POCO India has announced a new logo. The company states that the new logo invokes a confusing emotion in the minds of the consumer. It is also a representation of every individual who is looking for greater alternatives to the mainstream.
The new logo has the POCO text with the new mascot. It has four key elements to it. There the Halo on top with an angel-like crown. The company says that this Halo on the head signifies a sense of goodness. The antennas bring out the naughty side of Mad.
The eyes bring in a unique kind of incongruity when pitted against the halo on top of the head. Lastly, there is a distinct triangular mouth that subtly connotes the company’s sharp wit.
POCO recently celebrated its first birthday after it parted its way from ex-sub-brand Xiaomi. The company since then has launched multiple budget and midrange smartphones in India. It’s most recent offering from the brand is the Poco M3. The budget smartphone was launched for Rs 10,999. POCO announced that it sold over 1,50,000 units of the POCO M3 in the first sale.
