Recently there have been rumors going around that Xiaomi will soon launch a new POCO smartphone and that it will most probably be the POCO F2, a successor to the first POCO smartphone, the POCO F1. However, there hasn’t been any concrete proof supporting the news (The brand has put out a tweet teasing the POCO F2, but it seems to be an attention grabber to reach out to people asking them to wash hands frequently during COVID-19). That, however, seems to be changing today as we have now spotted a new POCO branded smartphone from Xiaomi — bearing the model number M2004J11G – on EEC. And this could be the same POCO smartphone that people are expecting Xiaomi to launch soon, the POCO F2.
POCO M2004J11G Certified Through EEC, Is It the POCO F2?
As you can see in the EEC listing, M2004J11G is listed as a POCO branded smartphone. Although we don’t have any information regarding the retail name of this smartphone, we are speculating it to be the allegedly upcoming POCO F2 since there is no other upcoming POCO smartphone that we know of. And unfortunately, the EEC listing doesn’t reveal anything apart from the POCO branding and the model number at the moment.
Since this POCO device has now made its appearance on EEC, it could soon be certified through other certification agencies, leaving behind a trail of other details regarding its specifications. Until then, stay tuned on MySmartPrice to be the first to know the latest smartphone leaks in the industry. Also, what do you think about POCO F2? What are your expectations from the smartphone?
