Poco has launched a new 5G smartphone in India. The Poco M4 5G is the latest 5G phone in India from Poco. It sits below the Poco M4 Pro 4G and the M4 Pro 5G, which were launched earlier this year in India. The vanilla M4 5G has been launched for under Rs 15,000 in India.

Poco has launched the M4 5G in India. The new budget 5G smartphone has been launched in India in two storage configurations. The base model has 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. It is priced at Rs 12,999. The 6GB + 128GB storage option, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 14,999. It comes in three colours – Black, Yellow and Blue.

The M4 5G features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate support. The screen has a Full HD+ resolution and a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The M4 5G also supports a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
The screen has a dewdrop notch at the top for the 8MP front camera. It has a dual-camera setup on the back. The phone comes with a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The LED flash is located next to the camera module.
Poco’s new 5G smartphone in India draws power from a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. It is paired with up to 6GB of RAM along with 128GB of internal storage. The phone also supports up to 2GB of virtual RAM support. There is support for storage expansion as well. Users can use a microSD card to expand the storage up to 512GB.
The phone runs Android 12 out of the box. It has a layer of MIUI 13 on top of Android. The device also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, etc. It packs a 5000 mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging out of the box.
