Poco M4 Pro 4G India Launch Officially Confirmed to Take Place on February 28

The Poco M4 Pro could be a rebadged version of the Redmi Note 11S launched in India.

Poco, last week launched the Poco M4 Pro 5G in India which went for sale for the first time yesterday. Now, the brand has confirmed that it will launch a 4G variant of the same device. The Poco M4 Pro 4G is set to launch in India on February 28, the same day the device will launch in Europe along with the Poco X4 Pro 5G. Poco has confirmed the news via its social media handles.

Poco has not confirmed any of the specifications officially but the 4G variant was previously spotted on various certifications websites in the past weeks revealing the main specifications of the device. And, it seems that the M4 Pro 4G will be a rebadged version of the Redmi Note 11S launched in India.

Poco M4 Pro 4G Specifications and Features

If the Poco M4 Pro 4G is indeed a rebadged version of the Note 11S in India, it might come with a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate support. The M4 Pro will draw power from a Mediatek Helio G96 chipset coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The Redmi Note 11S comes with a 108MP camera setup but it’s not clear whether Poco will offer the same camera specification for the M4 Pro 4G in India. The Note 11S features a quad-rear camera setup and a LED flash. The primary sensor on the device is a 108MP shooter that gets accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. For the front, it has a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calls.

The phone is likely to pack a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It will come with Android 11 out of the box. We can expect Poco to launch the phone with MIUI MIUI 13 for Poco out of the box.

Other specifications include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a stereo speaker setup, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, a Type-C charging port, and a 3.5mm audio jack with Hi-Res audio.
