Poco M4 Pro India Launch has Been Officially Confirmed to Take Place on February 15

The POCO M4 Pro launch teaser confirms that the device will be available in three colours - Power Black, Cool Blue (gradient back), and Poco Yellow. 

Poco has been gearing up to launch the Poco M4 Pro 5G in India. The brand has now confirmed that it will launch the Poco M4 Pro 5G in India on February 15. Poco took it to their social media handles to announce the launch date of the device. The teaser confirms that the Poco M4 Pro 5G will be available in three colour variants – Power Black, Cool Blue (gradient back), and Poco Yellow.

The Poco M4 Pro 5G is the rebranded Redmi Note 11T 5G that was launched in China. The teaser doesn’t confirm any specifications of the device, however, thanks to the global launch we know about the full specifications of the device. Poco M4 Pro 5G Specifications and Features

The Poco M4 Pro 5G flaunts a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate support. It draws power from a 6nm based MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The phone has a large camera module on the back with a Poco branding. It looks like it is a quad camera setup but it’s actually a dual rear camera setup. The device uses a 50MP primary sensor on the back that is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, there’s a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calls.

Other features of the device include IP53 certification, MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, X-axis linear motor, IR blaster, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and dual-speaker system. The Poco M4 Pro 5G packs in a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.

The Poco M4 Pro 5G was launched for €229 (around Rs 19,600) for the base variant. We speculate that the device will launch in India at a starting price of Rs 16,999 or Rs 17,999 for the base variant, but nothing is set in stone yet. It is expected to launch in two storage configurations in India – 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB.
