POCO the smartphone manufacturer brand is known for its wide range of offerings in the Indian smartphone market. We are at the corner of the first quart of this year and it seems that the company is prepping for the launch of a new flagship phone. The company has confirmed the launch of the POCO X3 Pro in India on March 30. However, POCO India Country Manager Anuj Sharma did not explicitly reveal the name of the device.

Now in the latest development, Anuj has shared a teaser video that confirmed the upcoming flagship smartphone is going to launch with a Corning Gorilla Glass 6 for the first time on a POCO handset. However, Anuj still didn’t disclose the name of the flagship smartphone.

First POCO smartphone to launch with Corning Gorilla Glass 6

The 23 seconds video teaser shared by the POCO India Country Manager Anuj Sharma has confirmed that the upcoming POCO flagship phone launching on March 30th, 2021, will arrive with a stronger Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The glass protection is capable of bearing up to 4 Newton load and 28kgf of pressure which seems to be much stronger than the predecessor. The rest of the details of the upcoming POCO X3 Pro such as its chipset, camera sensors, display size, and battery capacity remains to be unknown as of now. But we can expect more information about the phone as we move closer to the launch.

POCO X3 Pro price in India

If the company is planning to launch the POCO X3 Pro in India on March 30th, 2021, then we can safely assume that the phone will be launched around Rs 21,000. A recent report by 91Mobiles had revealed that the handset will ship in two storage variants. This will include a 6GB + 128GB storage and 8GB + 256GB storage model. The smartphone is tipped to be available in three colour options – Black, Blue, and Bronze.
