POCO has expanded its smartphone portfolio today in India with the launch of its POCO X3 Pro. The Pro variant joins the POCO X3 family which already consist of the POCO X3 smartphone. The newly launched smartphone comes with highlighted features like Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 SoC, quad-camera setup on the back with a 48MP primary camera sensor, 120Hz refresh rate display, and more. However, we are not going to talk about the POCO X3 Pro in this article, because during the launch event the company has announced a permanent price cut for POCO X3. POCO X3 Permanent Price in India
During the online launch event of the POCO X3 Pro, the company has officially announced that last year’s POCO X3 has received a permanent price slash of Rs 2,000. According to the official announcement, the POCO X3 new price starts at Rs 14,999 and it will be effective from April 1st, 2021. The company claims that this pricing makes the POCO X3 one of the most powerful phones under Rs 20,000 price point.
POCO X3 Specifications
Just to recall, POCO X3 flaunts a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 395 PPI. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 732G processor with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The processor is backed by the Adreno 620 GPU for graphics processing.
As far as cameras are concerned, the smartphone houses a quad rear camera setup with a combination of a 64-megapixel wide sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor along with an LED flash. Upfront it features a 20-megapixel camera setup that sits underneath the punch-hole cutout for selfies and video calls.
