POCO is all set to launch a new budget-centric smartphone, the POCO M3, in India. The handset will be unveiled on February 2nd via an online event. However, it seems that the company is also working on a new smartphone in its X-series. We have spotted a new POCO smartphone on FCC certification website which will be known as POCO X3 Pro. The handset has also appeared on IMDA, EEC, and TUV certifications, which hints that it will be launched pretty soon. Here’s everything you need to know about the POCO X3 Pro smartphone.

POCO X3 Pro Moniker Confirmed, Clears Multiple Certifications

A new POCO smartphone with model number M2102J20SG has been spotted on the FCC certification database. The model number is meant for the POCO X3 Pro smartphone. Moving on, the FCC certification reveals that the phone will run on MIUI 12. Furthermore, the handset is also present at the IMEI database that confirms the POCO X3 Pro moniker. It is also present on C-DOT CEIR, meaning that the smartphone might get launched in India soon.

Furthermore, the handset has been also spotted on IMDA, EEC and TUV certifications. The certifications reveal the same model number. The handset will come with dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz/5GHz) along with NFC support. Moving on, the certifications reveal that the POCO X3 Pro will be a 4G smartphone. The handset features Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor and runs on Android 10 based on MIUI 12 for POCO out-of-the-box. In terms of optics, it features a triple-camera setup with 48MP primary lens, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP shooter with an f/2.05 aperture for the selfies. The handset packs 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
