POCO X3 Pro Gets Certified on NBTC, Launch Seems Imminent

Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched the X3 smartphone back in September 2020. Now it seems that the company is gearing up to launch a Pro variant of the smartphone which is going to be official soon. According to a report from Gizmochina, the handset has been listed on NBTC hinting towards an imminent launch. Here’s a closer look at the NBTC listing of the upcoming POCO X3 Pro smartphone.

POCO X3 Pro NBTC Certification

According to the report, the upcoming POCO X3 Pro has been listed on NBTC with model number M2102J20SG. This means that the company is planning to launch the smartphone in the upcoming weeks. However, the company is yet to confirm anything about the upcoming POCO X3 Pro. Recently, a handset with the same model number passed the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification in India and also listed on SIRIM (Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia) which is a regulatory body of Malaysia.

Besides, there is not much information about the upcoming smartphone in terms of specifications. Reports claim that the POCO X3 Pro is expected to be powered by the SM8150 chipset, which belongs to the Snapdragon 855 and Snapdragon 855+. Some rumours suggest that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 860 SoC.


The POCO X3 Pro is tipped to arrive with a quad-camera setup at the back with the combination of a 48-megapixel primary camera sensor with a wide-angle lens, an ultra-wide-angle lens, a depth sensor, a macro shooter along an LED flash.

Currently, we know this much about the upcoming smartphone and we can expect more information as we move closer to the launch.
