With the launch of the next POCO phone imminent, leaks about the POCO X3 Pro are growing. A new tweet from TechDroider details some of the design details of the upcoming smartphone. The POCO X3 Pro is expected to launch globally on March 22 and is expected to be sold in India from March 30th. The device is expected to be as close as Xiaomi’s sister brand gets to flagship class devices, but with a comparatively affordable price tag. The POCO X3 Pro is an upgrade to the POCO X3, which got the company quite a few accolades earlier.

POCO X3 Pro specs and design details

According to today’s leak, the POCO X3 Pro will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, as we’ve seen on the Redmi Note 10 series recently. The phone will also have a quad-camera module on the back, with four camera sensors and a flash module. The overall design actually looks quite similar to the POCO X3, which suggests that most of the big changes on this one will be internal.

The phone is also said to have 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, with 128GB and 256GB storage, respectively. It will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 860 chipset from Qualcomm and the leak confirms the colours — Frost Blue, Metal Bronze, and Phantom Black.

POCO X3 Pro India pricing

While there’s no confirmation on the pricing yet, the company had earlier tweeted that it would be aggressively priced here in India. “Time to break the price-performance(P:P) benchmark. Brace yourselves as we get ready to unleash MAD #PROformance on 30.03,” the tweet said.

The device is expected to be priced at around Rs. 24,000 for the 6/128GB variant, while the 8/256GB variant will be more expensive, at around Rs. 26-27,000. Of course, these details aren’t confirmed as of now, but we won’t have to wait too long to get a confirmation either.

As mentioned in the tweet, the POCO X3 Pro is coming to India on March 30th, though that doesn’t confirm whether it will start selling from the same date.
