It’s been more than a year since the Poco launched the Poco X3 and Poco X3 NFC handsets. The company is expected to launch the Poco X4 series handsets in the coming months. In a new development, we have now spotted the upcoming Poco X4 5G handset with model number 2201116PG on the NBTC certification website. The Indian variant of the device with model number 2201116PI also made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmark and BIS certification database.

Based on the model number, the upcoming Poco X4 5G looks like a rebranded Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G which was launched last week in the global markets.

Poco X4 5G will Come Pre-loaded with Android 11!

The Poco X4 5G scored 688 points in the single-core test of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Whereas in the multicore round the score was recorded as 2052 points. The listing further reveals the presence of an octa-core processor with 2.21GHz peak frequency, 6 + 2 cluster configuration, and codename veux.

Based on the codename, the upcoming Poco X-series handset appears to be a rebranded Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G global variant. The geekbench scores also suggest that the Poco X4 5G will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and Adreno 619 GPU.

The listing also confirms that the handset will retail in a 6GB RAM variant. Though we can expect the company to launch it in other memory configurations as well. The listing reveals that the upcoming Poco X4 5G will boot Android 11.

Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G: Specifications and Features

The global variant of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200nits peak brightness. The handset comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery unit and 67W fast charging support.
