Possible Huawei P60 Series Smartphone with Snapdragon 778G SoC, Android 13 Visits Geekbench

Huawei is expected to launch its next flagship smartphone, the P60 series soon. The company has not had the best of years following a ban levied by the US government on having business relations with any American companies. The company continues to do business in a few regions, including its home country China. It is expected to launch the P60 series in China in March 2023. The company has not officially revealed the launch date of the P60 series yet. We can expect the company to launch at least three phones in the lineup. These will be called the P60E, P60 and P60 Pro. 

One of the three Huawei flagship smartphones has visited the Geekbench website. The listing on Geekbench shows a Huawei smartphone with the model number MNA-AL00. Currently, we are not sure which phone the model number is associated with. However, based on the specifications revealed via Geekbench, it is likely the Huawei P60E. Huawei P60 Series Geekbench Listing

The Huawei P60 series is expected to launch soon in China. Ahead of the launch, a Geekbench listing has revealed some key details about the flagship phone. As per the Geekbench listing, the Huawei P60 series could have the model number MNA-AL00. The listing reveals the performance unit details of the phone. At the moment, it is unknown if the device listed is the P60E or P60 or P60 Pro. The listing shows that the phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. It is paired with an Adreno 642L GPU and comes with a peak clock speed of 2.40GHz.

The 6nm SoC is paired with 8GB of RAM. It would not be a surprise if Huawei launches the phone with more RAM options. We can expect the phone to launch with 128GB storage at least. The P60 series phone listed on Geekbench scored 550 and 2269 on Geekbench.

The listing also revealed that the phone runs Android 13 out of the box. It will have a layer of Huawei’s custom skin on top of Android. Other leaked details include a triple-camera setup on the back of the P60 Pro, which will also sport a curved AMOLED display. More details about the devices should surface online very soon.
