The device will launch as a successor to the C31, which was launched last year.

Poco C4 FCC

Poco is expected to launch the C4 as its new budget smartphone under Rs 10,000 in India later this year. It will be a successor to the C31 launched last year. Ahead of the official confirmation, an FCC listing has revealed some key details of the Poco smartphone with the model number 220333QPG. The device is likely the Poco C4. As per the FCC listing, the phone runs MIUI 13 out of the box. It is unknown if the MIUI update is based on Android 12 or Android 11. It is worth noting that most of the Redmi and Poco phones launched in the budget and mid-range segment come with Android 11-based MIUI 13 out of the box. Therefore, it would not be a surprise if the C4 gets a similar treatment.

In addition to the software, the certification website also reveals that C4 will come with support for WiFi 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. The listing also confirms that the smartphone will support 10W charging. It will measure 167.18 x 76.87mm in terms of length and width.

Other details of the device remain unknown. It is being rumoured that the phone might debut as the rebadged version of the Redmi 10, which was launched earlier this year in India. If so, then the phone will sport a 6.7-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution, a Snapdragon 680 SoC, a 50MP triple-camera setup and a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support. That being said, it is best to wait for some more leaks to get some clarity about the device.
