Possible POCO F4 and Redmi 10A India Variants Clear BIS Certification, Launch Expected Soon

A couple of weeks ago, a Redmi handset with model number 22021211R was spotted on the Geekbench database. Now, we have spotted the Indian variant of the same handset with model number 22021211RI on the BIS certification website. The listing reveals that the upcoming handset with model number 22021211RI will launch with POCO branding.

The Geekbench listing had confirmed that the handset with model number 22021211R will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. This leads us to believe that the POCO 22021211RI could be the upcoming POCO F4. Alongside it, Redmi 10A Indian variant with model number 220233L2I has also cleared BIS certification.

Possible POCO F4 Appears on BIS Certification!

The upcoming POCO handset with model number 22021211RI (I represents Indian variant) has been spotted on BIS certification. Based on the geekbench listing, which was spotted last month, the POCO F4 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, similar to it’s predecessor – POCO F3. The handset might come in a 12GB RAM variant and might boot Android 12 out of the box.

To those unaware, POCO hadn’t launched the POCO F3 handset in the country. However, it looks like this time, the company might launch the F-series handset in the country. In related news, the POCO F4 GT was recently spotted on the IMEI database.

Redmi 10A Might Launch Soon in India!

Last week, the Redmi 10A with model number 220233L2 was spotted on the FCC certification and Geekbench database websites. Now, the Indian variant of the Redmi 10A with model number 220233L2I has cleared BIS certification hinting towards an imminent launch. The global variant of the handset has also been spotted on the Indonesia Telecom certification website.

The geekbench benchmark listing had revealed the presence of an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 SoC, and 4GB of RAM. Whereas, the FCC listing had confirmed a 13MP + 2MP dual-rear camera setup and a fingerprint scanner on the device. The Redmi 10A is expected to launch in four configurations – 2GB + 32GB, 3GB + 32GB, 3GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB.
