‘Prince’ OTT Release Date: Siva Karthikeyan’s ‘Prince’ will Premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on 25 November

Prince tells a tale that revolves around Anbarsan, who is a secondary school social science teacher in Pondicherry.


Prince is an upcoming 2022 Indian Tamil romantic comedy is the directorial venture of Anudeep KV who also happens to be the writer. Suneil Narang, D Suresh Babu, and Pushkar Ram Mohan Rao are the producers under the banners of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas and Suresh Productions. Starring Sivakarthikeyan, Maria Ryaboshapka, and Sathyaraj, this movie is a laugh riot with a love story thrown in. photography for this picture started in February 2022 and ended in September that year. Thaman S has overseen the music, while Manoj Paramahamsa and Praveen KL have handled the cinematography and editing, respectively. Releasing in theatres on October 21st, 2022, the movie opened to mixed reviews.

Prince Storyline 

The story revolves around Anbarsan, who is a secondary school social science teacher in Pondicherry. His students love him because he is carefree and doesn’t prioritize his studies. Thus, the school principal is perpetually disappointed. Anbu belongs to a rich and successful family, his father’s name is Ulaganathan. In their native village, where caste and religion are still dominant, his father disregards the practices, urging villagers to do the same. Anbu’s sister eloped with someone, and his father hopes the son will not do something similar. Anbu falls in love with a young British woman who works as an English teacher in the same school. As he tries to woo her, barriers crop up as they get ready for the biggest hurdle in their lives – to get married. Finally, however, Anbu’s father accepts his son’s choices.
