PUBG New State Alpha Testing Ends
Battlegrounds Mobile India developer Krafton has announced that it is ending the closed alpha testing of the PUBG sequel, PUBG New State. The developers made the announcement after the game hit over 17 million pre-registrations worldwide.
Krafton’s upcoming game has been available for pre-registration since its announcement in February 2021. The company announced that the PUBG sequel recorded over 10 million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store within a couple of months. It had also rolled out the closed alpha testing details for US players. Krafton has now announced that it is closing the alpha testing of the upcoming game within a week’s time.

The developers recently teased the first map of New State called Troi. The 8×8 map comes with multiple locations like Exhibition Hall, Mall, Police Station, Tram Factory, etc. The developers will release more episodes detailing more locations and maps in the coming days. The upcoming Krafton game will include an in-game customisation feature, which will allow players to build their weapons by obtaining customisation kits.
