PUBG New State closed alpha testing
PUBG New State is slated to release later this year. Ahead of the launch, the PUBG Mobile sequel is available for closed alpha testing. Currently, alpha testing is only available for US players. Those interested can download to get early access and play the game ahead of its official release. A Reddit user uploaded an image of the game’s Play Store listing. It revealed that the alpha testing version is 1.11GB in size. Other details were not revealed through the post.
Krafton had previously announced that the game’s closed testing will resume first in the US, followed by other regions. The alpha testing is currently planned for only Android users at the moment. We can expect more details on the iOS app support in the coming days. There is no information on when the company is planning to launch the stable version of the game. Currently, there is no word on the alpha testing of the game in India.
The developers had released a trailer in February. It suggested that PUBG New State is essentially the 2.0 version of PUBG Mobile that was previously rumoured. It is set in 2051 where “anarchy rules as numerous factions battle each other.” The upcoming Krafton game will arrive with a series of new features. It will include an in-game customization feature, which will allow players to build their weapons by obtaining customization kits. These kits will transform weapons in different ways, such as performance enhancements, fire mode selection, and grenade launcher attachments. You can click here for more details on the same.
