Realme 10 series is set to launch on November 17. The company will launch new number series of phones in China, followed by other markets. The number series is expected to include the standard Realme 10 4G, Realme 10 5G, Realme 10 Pro and Realme 10 Pro+ 5G. Realme is yet to confirm the number of devices launching in the Realme 10 series later this month. Speaking of numbers, the company’s budget and mid-range smartphone series have been attracting many customers. Realme revealed that it has sold over 50 million units of its number series worldwide.
The company’s Europe CEO Francis Wong confirmed the news ahead of the launch of the next number series of phones. Wong revealed that Realme has shipped over 50 million units of the number series and expects the upcoming 10 series of phones to mark a new success route for the brand.
Realme launched the Realme 1 as its first smartphone in May 2018. Since then, the company has expanded its lineup and portfolio across different price points. What was once a sub-Rs 10,000 smartphone is now a series across different price points. The Realme 9 series, which includes the Realme 9i, Realme 9i 5G, Realme 9 5G, Realme 9 Pro, Realme 9 Speed Edition, Realme 9 Pro 5G and the Realme 9 Pro Plus 5G, starts from Rs 13,999 and goes up to Rs 24,999 for the base model.
Of course, these phones cater to a variety of customers and use cases, which has resulted in the devices packing powerful hardware. The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G, which is currently the most premium offering in the series, features a 90Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP triple-camera setup with OIS and a Dimensity 920 SoC. The primary camera in the phone is the same one found in more premium phones, such as the OPPO Reno 8 Pro 5G, OnePlus Nord 2 5G, OnePlus 9 5G, etc.
For the next generation of phones, the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G could be the top-end offering. Some details of the 10 Pro+ 5G have leaked online. Let’s take a look at the specifications and features known so far.
