Realme 10 Pro+ 5G Global Variant with MediaTek Dimensity 920 Tipped Ahead of Launch

Realme had used the MediaTek Dimensity 920 on the Realme 9 Pro+, so in terms of performance, the Realme 10 Pro+ global variant may not offer any improvements. However, this won’t apply to Realme 10 Pro+ 5G Indian variants as the brand has already confirmed MediaTek Dimensity 1080 on the device’s teaser page. The MediaTek Dimensity 1080 brings marginal improvements over its predecessor – Dimensity 920 as can be seen in the benchmark score posted by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore.

Realme 10 Pro+ 5G: Specifications and Features

The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G features a 120Hz Curved OLED display panel with a Full HD+ resolution which measures 6.7 inches diagonally. The display panel supports 800nits peak brightness and makes room for a selfie shooter inside a punch hole notch. It houses an in-display fingerprint scanner and features just a 2.3mm chin at the bottom.

The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G Chinese variant is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor that brings with it an integrated Mali G68 GPU. The Dimensity 1080 is manufactured on TSMC’s 6nm fabrication process and comes paired with up to 256GB of storage and up to 12GB of RAM.

The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G comes equipped with a triple-rear camera setup including a 108MP Samsung HM6 sensor that has an f/1.75 aperture. The smartphone also has an 8MP Sony IMX355 sensor which functions as the ultra-wide-angle lens (112° field of view). There is also a 2MP macro sensor on the device. The selfies and video calls on the latest Realme smartphone are taken care of by a 16MP front shooter.

The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G is backed by a 5000mAh battery unit and 67W fast charging support. It makes use of a Type-C port for charging and data transfers. The smartphone is about 7.95mm thick but it lacks the 3.5mm audio jack.
