Realme has yet to reveal the launch date of the Realme 10 series smartphones in India. The company has launched the Realme 10 Pro and Realme 10 Pro+ in China and Realme 10 and Realme 10 5G in the global market. It is expected to launch soon in India, as the brand has already started teasing the Realme 10 Pro series launch in India.
This post will discuss everything you need to know about Realme 10 series: expected price in India, how to watch the launch event, specifications, features and more.
Realme 10, Realme 10 Pro and Realme 10 Pro+ Expected Price in India
The Realme 10 series has been launched in China and Europe, but it has been launched at a different price point altogether. We cannot expect the brand to keep the same price when these phones launch in India.
Realme 10 Pro+ prices start at 1699 Yuan for the 8GB RAM 128GB internal storage variant, which translates to approximately Rs 19,400. As Realme 9 Pro+ was launched in India for Rs. 24,999, we can expect the same for Realme 10 Pro+.
Realme 10 Pro is priced at 1699 Yuan for the 8GB RAM 256GB internal storage variant. When converted to Rupees, it comes to around Rs 18,300. We can expect Realme to bring other lower variants, such as 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, which might go for similar prices as Realme 9 Pro, Rs 18,999.
Realme 10 was launched globally starting at $229 for the base variant of 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which, when converted, translates to approximately Rs 18,700. European prices are much higher than Indian and Chinese prices, owing to the difference in taxes. We can expect Realme 10 to launch for around Rs. 17,999 if it comes with a base variant of 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage like Realme 9.
Realme 10, Realme 10 Pro and Realme 10 Pro+ How To Watch Event Online
Realme still needs to unveil the launch event of the Realme 10 series in India. Realme has already started teasing the launch of the Realme 10 Pro series in India.

Looking at the hashtag, it is only #realme10ProSeries5G, and it does not mention it as #realme10Series. This might mean that Realme is launching only the Realme 10 Pro+ and Realme 10 Pro in India, not the Realme 10 and Realme 10 5G.
The launch event will be live on YouTube and Realme.com. We will update the launch live streaming details once the brand reveals more information about the launch.
Realme 10, Realme 10 Pro, Realme 10 Pro+ Specifications and Features
Realme 10 Pro+
Realme 10 Pro+ is the most premium offering in the Realme 10 series of smartphones. It replaces Realme 9 Pro+ in Realme’s portfolio, and it seems like it will be a considerable task following up on a popular phone like Realme 9 Pro+. Realme 9 Pro+ had its 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS as its trump card, but with Realme 10 Pro+, Realme is going with a different thing as its main feature, the curved display.
Curved Display
The main selling point of Realme 10 Pro+ is the curved display. When it launches in India, it will be one of the cheapest smartphones with curved displays. The display is a 6.7-inch one with Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The 10-bit display reaches up to 800 nits of peak brightness and supports a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. The 2.5D display is curved 61 degrees, and it screams premium. It also has some of the thinnest chins on the bottom.
50MP+OIS is gone, 108MP camera is back
Realme made a big deal when it launched Realme 9 Pro+, that it is going with flagship level 50MP Sony IMX766 image sensor with OIS support. The results were great, too; Realme 9 Pro+ was one of the best camera smartphones under Rs. 30,000. Realme is returning on its promises and has returned to the 108MP sensor for the primary. The usual 8MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro shooter are secondaries. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie shooter on the centre punch hole.
Dimensity 1080, Android 13, 5000mAh battery & 67W charging
The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, which is undoubtedly an upgrade over Dimensity 920 from Realme 9 Pro+; it’s not a leap over most of the competition with Snapdragon 778G SoC.
It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W super fast charging. It is unusual for Realme, but they’re matching Xiaomi’s 67W fast charging on the number game.
Realme 10 Pro+ comes with Android 13 out of the box, with Realme UI 4.0.

Realme 10 Pro
Realme 10 Pro doesn’t have significant upgrades over the outgoing Realme 9 Pro. The changes are in terms of display size and camera.
Still an LCD
Realme 9 Pro came with a 120Hz LCD; we’re still getting a 120Hz LCD on Realme 10 Pro. The size of the display has gone to 6.72 inches from 6.6 inches. What’s interesting is that Realme 10 Pro comes with an LCD, while Realme 10 comes with an AMOLED display.
108MP camera
Realme 10 Pro has a dual camera setup with a 108MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. It doesn’t come with an ultra-wide camera or a macro sensor like its predecessor. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera.
Snapdragon 695, Android 13, 5000mAh battery & 33W fast charging
The Realme 10 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 695, the same chipset we saw in Realme 9 Pro. We have witnessed Realme use the same chipset previously in its Pro series, Realme 6 Pro, Realme 7 Pro and Realme 8 Pro used the same Snapdragon 720G SoC. We are up for a similar pattern here.
The phone comes with Android 13 out of the box, with Realme UI 4.0. It is backed up by a 5,000mAh battery and has 33W fast charging.
Realme 10
Like Realme 10 Pro, Realme 10 doesn’t have significant upgrades. The update is the SoC, which sure seems like a significant upgrade compared to Snapdragon 680 on Realme 10.
High refresh rate AMOLED
Realme 10 comes with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, similar to what Realme 9 came with. It is a better option than Realme 10 Pro if the display is your primary concern.
50MP dual camera
Realme 10 has a dual camera setup, with a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera.
Mediatek Helio G99, Android 13, 5000mAh battery and 33W fast charging
Realme 10 is powered by Mediatek Helio G99 SoC, which we have seen already in several budget 4G phones. It is one of the most powerful 4G chipsets in the segment currently. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.

Realme 10 5G
Realme has launched Realme 10 5G in the European market, but there’s not much to discuss. It is the same phone as Realme 9i 5G that was previously launched in India, just launched again with a different name in a different market. A different Realme 10 5G might be in the works for the Indian market, or Realme might be relaunching the same phone in India again. Let’s wait for more news from the company to know more about it.
