Realme has launched a new smartphone in the Realme 10 series. Previously, Realme had announced that it would launch Realme 10T 5G smartphone on March 21. The new device has been launched in the famous South-East Asian country Thailand. The Chinese OEM has rebranded the Realme 9i 5G smartphone, launched in India on August 2022 with slight changes. Realme has equipped the smartphone with Dimensity 810 SoC, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and more. Let us have a look at the detailed specifications of the smartphone.
Realme 10T 5G: Pricing, Availability, and Specifications
Realme has priced the smartphone at THB 6,999 (approx. Rs 16,850) for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB variant with 256GB storage is priced at THB 8,999 (approx. Rs 21,650).
The smartphone is available in two colour options, namely Electric Black and Dash Blue. The company is expected to launch the smartphone in other South Asian countries soon.
Realme has equipped the smartphone with a 6.6 inches IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The display has a peak brightness of 400 nits, a refresh rate of 90Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 90.4%, and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz.
Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset built on a 6nm process. The octa-core chipset has two ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.4GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The chipset pairs with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. Realme also supports the expansion of storage through a micro-SD card slot. The smartphone runs on Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 out of the box. Realme 10T 5G has a triple-rear camera setup in the optics department.
The setup comprises a primary 50MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. A 2MP depth and 2MP macro sensor accompany the sensor. The smartphone has an old-school waterdrop notch to house the 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.
A large 5000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging tech backs the Realme 10T 5G smartphone. Realme has embedded the fingerprint sensor with the power button for security purposes. On the connectivity front, it supports dual 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS/AGPS, Beidou, Glonass, a USB type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The smartphone has a dimension of 164.4 x 75.1 x 8.1mm and weighs 187 grams. The device has support for a magnetic induction sensor, light sensor, proximity sensor, and acceleration sensor. The only difference with Realme 9i 5G is the addition of a new variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
